When I started this blog, I forgot to take pictures of it while it was still a blank slate  <( _ _ )> 

Sooooo now I have the second best thing: pictures from today. My blog hasn’t changed much from the early days, save for the fact that I have more posts in it now, so its pretty close to what it was. I think it’s important to track my progress through photos, so that I can look back fondly on my beginnings. That’s kind of the whole point of this blog, to track my journey through music and how I interact with it (while also keeping track of the songs I like and what I associate them with at certain points in my life so that I don’t lose track of the songs important to me).

I was semi aware of jpop around 2011 when pon pon pon came out. I wasnt a huge fan but i was just like the regular people who were like “omg she’s so weird”. It wasn’t the first time listening to foreign music since I was already downloading ost’s from inuyasha back in 2008 looking into BoA/Namie Amuro

Early 2012 my high-school friends encouraged me to make a tumblr blog. Had the blog for a while but couldnt really figure out how to use it for a while later. I was in grade 10 and kpop was all the rage but I didnt seem to get into many groups aside from suju, exo and bap, bigbang... J-fashion blogs were what kept me to stay on. Sooner or later I came across a post that included perfume’s Natural ni Koishite MV. It was kashiyukas beauty and their sound that really got me taken aback by it.

I got really obsessed with them but I didnt want to clog up my followers with the multifandom stuff so I made a new blog (w a new email cuz sideblogs suck). I started out as Sweet-Donuts-same name as my twitter-.. I dont think anyone knew me until I became ichi-miri-mo->kashiyuka-whispering

I made a lot of friends on here and a lot of them im still friends with ^^ Still not really sure about what my reputation is like on here but it’s cute what little family it became
