Prompt #62: Omega Louis is a single mom and he and his puppy met alpha Harry at a new cafe. Harry is a little serious and grumpy at first, but then he is so nice with Lou’s pup and they (Harry and Louis) end up flirting a lot anytime they see each other. Make it fluffy and cute and silly but with smut, Harry using feminine pronouns with Lou, feminization, tension, edging, etc.

“I—Maybe?” Harry scratched the back of his neck looking bashful. “Yeah, I am.”

“Well, then you should ask for my number.” Louis spinned on his chair from side to side, looking up at Harry through his lashes, an ear-splitting grin on his face.

“Can I?”

“Can you what, Harry?” Louis batted his eyes up at him. His insides rearranged inside of him, twisting into shapeless forms. He had half a mind to give his sternum a punch or two to get his organs to get their shit together before he threw up heart-shaped blood clots on Harry’s sweater.

Harry huffed and rolled his eyes—green eyes, so so green—but a smile pulled the pierced corner of his lip. “Can I have your number, Louis?”

His hands itch to grab it, but his mind won’t let him do it. It’s a breach of privacy, for God’s sake. That’s a rare commodity for them as it is. He shouldn’t, he knows he shouldn’t. Reading the contents will betray Louis’ trust, and he’ll hate him and he can’t have that. He just can’t.

The notebook ends up opening on its own, magically floating into his lap and falling open, revealing its secrets. That’s what Harry will tell him if asked and Louis sees past his poker face. It was totally not his fault that his hands picked it up and opened it. It was the wind. A ghost, even. Totally not Harry’s lack of self control.

“…I’m just … so in love with him.” Louis blinked. What??? This hushed revelation from Harry came like a gunshot- loud - and made his heart plummet. He could hardly process it, as he stood there freezing in the wind, hidden behind the balcony door. Harry was … Harry was in love?? Since when?? The shock and confusion that had fallen over him like a bucket of ice was slowly washed over by a feeling that ran hot and acidic. Somehow, it gripped around his lungs tighter, more cruelly. Harry was in love with someone….and it wasn’t him. If Louis thought being in love with his best friend was a knife that continually twisted into his heart before, it was nothing compared to when Harry started to go around talking about having fallen for someone else. A 5+1 fic; 5 times Louis has to listen to Harry’s vague confessions of love for his ‘omega friend’ and the 1 time Louis snaps and confesses his love for Harry.

The night was cold and bitter, much as he was. Though it was only early evening, darkness had already fallen over Winterfell, the snow a thick white blanket coating the grounds and the spires of the First Keep.

It wouldn’t be Winter for a while according to his father, but Harry could tell that it now felt like it was on its way. The cold wind whipped his dark, tousled curls back and forth, biting at his cheeks until they were pink. He wrapped his fur lined cloak tightly around his tall frame to keep out the cold. It worked for the most part.

“I won’t marry him,” Harry said into the night, his voice steady and confident; the exact opposite of how he felt. If he hadn’t known better, he’d have thought she left since he was only met with silence. Dead leaves rustled in the trees below like they were whispering their approval of his defiance against his family’s orders.

“You will,” Anera replied calmly, her expression neutral.
