É triste quando boas histórias aliadas a boas produções não trazem aquela empolgação que esperávamos. BC é uma dessas situações. A trama tem como personagens centrais quatro mulheres que trabalharam durante a Segunda Guerra decifrando as mensagens inimigas que eram codificadas. Depois do conflito uma delas nunca deixou de seguir os padrões e, além das palavras cruzadas, tenta desvendar crimes que a polícia não consegue. Para pegar um assassino de mulheres elas se reúnem novamente enquanto tentam equilibrar essa nova tarefa à vida de uma mulher da década de 1950.
Tudo pra ser top, certo? Aí vêm os clichês: uma das garotas tem memória eidética, solução popular nas séries de hoje para que o grupo não perca tempo com pesquisas. O assassino da primeira temporada - só de três episódios - decide que quer ser pego, simplesmente porque uma mulher decifrou o que ele fazia. Vários dados importantes, como o fato delas conseguirem a escala de trabalho dos suspeitos, são mal explicados e, por vezes, passam até mesmo sem qualquer justificativa.
Não quis assistir o segundo ano. Mesmo sendo curta, a premissa principal do seriado seria a investigação, e a única coisa que despertou meu interesse foi a vida pessoal das personagens.
