Stuck on Android 17 beta? This new Pixel update is for you
The latest Android development is worth judging by what actually reaches users, because Android news often begins broadly and lands unevenly across devices, regions and prices.
Android news is only as useful as its rollout. Features matter when they reach real devices across brands, regions and price ranges.

I've got other's planned out, but I'm gonna have to rest a bit before artfight☹️ watch my rendering style change again after it's over
Rambling:
Dunk is blind and is ironically more spatially aware than canon Dunk. And Egg looks like an asshole for swindling a blind hedge knight into his antics
The Avatar either wouldn't exist or wouldn't be a known thing at this time. The first one is born after the last dragon dies. But they probably hid it in fear of being cast out. The next one did as well, until it got to Aegon, who has to figure this all out on his own while dealing his family's overbearing-ness
》 The most powerful being since the dragons died is just born as a Targaryen ? Oh buddy. He's obviously trained rigorously as well as paraded around as a warning to Blackfyre supporters. Is it really a surprise that he runs away ?
》 or maybe Daeron runs away with him in order for Egg to learn all the elements (he dreamt it 🙄 ) and picks up Dunk, Rafe or Raymun, and Lyonel for his Avatar team
I also wanted to make Aerion a waterbender for the irony, but the thought of him even having the possibility to bloodbend makes me wanna shoot myself. Maybe he chills out a bit with the firebending fueling his dragon delusion ? Doubt it
Daeron is a waterbender and isn't the most skilled fighter, but he can make intricate scenes very easily, usually for his younger siblings while he's reading, but sometimes he mindlessly remakes his dreams with his wine
If Maekar is a bender, he's an FB, but Baelor is where I'm having issues. Dorne is basically the Earth Kingdom, and he's more Dornish looking than Targaryen, so earthbender ? Lavabender ? My first thought was metal bender, but that doesn't exist yet (neither does lightning bending. I think that would bring on an industrial revolution, and Westeros isn't ready for that)
The Stormlands and the Vale are the Air Temples. I don't think the noble houses would be monks, but they'd still keep some fundamentals the same. Maybe there are a few nomadic groups out there
》 Baratheon's get their antlers added to the mastery tattoos, and Arryns get wings. And anyone else gets the normal arrows
》 Lyonel's specialty is storms, creating and chasing them away by messing with the currents and temperatures
FB used to be a only Valyrian thing, until they started spreading their dragonseed everywhere like whoring dandelions. King's Landing has a bunch of fire spitting children that people have to ignore
》 Which means Dunk could've been one, firebending was a very close second for him. His bending would be relatively weak, maybe from malnourishment or the fact that FB needs strong emotions to produce their fire or both
》 So, he learns how to use it in other ways. He's warmer by nature and can keep the other kids warm as well. He's able to hold a light on his fingers as a lamp. Food is easily cooked. He can make his touch scalding and sometimes can send fireballs to ward off anyone. And he quickly learns to caurterize wounds, which unfortunately comes in handy plenty of times. (Rafe lives, woohoo ! And maybe that one kid's brother too)
》 He also teaches Egg a new side to FB, learning that fire can give and not just take
I love making au's. I've got so many i need to spit them out somewhere. Maybe I'll actually write it 💀
She is for an au i made purely for self indulgence and for my child self, its called the Wild Wind Duo au. It's an au where my oc exists in the show, hate it if you want, but im doing this for me lol
The oc in this au is named Yun, she is a strong airbender, a prodigy, but she often has trouble controlling the powerful winds she creates, often leading to destruction.
(Also yes I ship her with Aang)
In this au where she exists, she is introduced in Book 2 Episode 12, where Aang discovers her among the refugees and reunites.
She is from the Western Air Temple, but commonly traveled around, sometimes alone and sometimes with a friend, that friend usually being Aang.
She was there to see Aang when the Southern Air Temple was attacked, thus she witnessed the carnage. She watched her Sky Bison, Caihong, lose her life in the devastating attack while trying to get Yun to safety. When Yun was well hidden, she begged to the spirits, and they granted her the safety of staying in the Spirit World, where she slept till the Avatar returned.

I have a question/questions for the Avatar: The Last Airbender (ATLA)/Legend of Korra (LOK) fandom.
I have just recently finished my 10th rewatch off ATLA, and during this rewatch I started questioning certain aspects of the show; parts that I want to say confused me and or had me questioning certain things in the show. So if anyone who's deep in the ATLA lore or has read the comics (I have not) could please try and help me answer these questions.
Who is the original bender of water/which animal represents water?
So in season 3 episode 12, we see Zuko has lost his "abilities" to fire bend, as prior to joining Team Avatar, his fire bending was fuelled by anger. So when Toph suggests to him to visit the Original Benders, we learn that the dragons have been "extinct." But this isn't the case as we later learn. So my question is this: If dragons are the physical manifestation of fire, flying bisons are the physical manifestation for air and badgermoles are the physical manifestation of earth, then which animal is the physical manifestation of water? I suppose the Koi Fish in season 1 episodes 19-20 could be seen as the original benders, as they chose to leave the Spirit World and leave behind their immortality for teaching humans the ability to water bend. So I guess that question's answered?
What celestial event, natural phenomenon or other enhances an Airbender's and Earthbender's ability to bend?
In season 1 episodes 7-8 we learn about Sozin's Comet, and how Aang has to defeat the Firelord before this happens. Then throughout the season and the later seasons we learn about how the Comet will grant fire benders "the power of a hundred suns" (though I think Ozai was exaggerating here). And we know every month on a full moon waterbender's ability to bend water is also enhanced. So my question is this: What celestial event, natural phenomenon or other enhances an airbender's and earthbender's ability to bend air and earth.
What celestial event, natural phenomenon or other stops an Airbender's and Earthbender's ability to bend?
In season 1 episodes 19-20 we see Zhao cause a lunar eclipse by killing the moon spirit; which causes all waterbender's to completely lose their ability to bend. Then in season 2 episode 10 we learn about "Black Sun" and Sokka being persistent learns that on that day fire bender's lose their ability to fire bend. This becomes evident in season 3 episode 10 when the invasion of the fire nation shows that they cannot bend at all. So my question is this: If fire bender's lose their ability on a solar eclipse and waterbender's lose their ability to bend on a lunar eclipse, then which celestial event, natural phenomenon or other makes airbender's and earthbender's lose their ability to bend?
Thank you for reading first ever my rant of things that started to kinda of make me question things that was going on in the show or were never really explored. I first started asking these questions way back on my third or fourth rewatch of the show in 2023 and did try look for answers but I did not get any explanations for my second and third questions. Though I will admit my research for questions two and three were very surface level and I of course have not read the comics, so maybe the answers may lie the comics that touch on the previous avatars; like in the comics of The Rise of Kyoshi or in The Dawn of Yangchen. But I would really appreciate if anyone who has deeper knowledge in the ATLA fandom may try and help me, even if the answers are that there never touched on or not hinted at then I'll take that as an answer as well. Again thank you for reading my very first post on Tumblr and apologises if the post is a bit too long.
