I'm at that point in my collecting BJDs that I'm actually quite happy with everyone and I don't think I need more dolls. Everyone of my resin babies sparks joy. I like looking at new releases but nothing so far has grabbed my attention to the point of actually wanting to buy them, and for those that do, I usually just stare at my babies and think, hm, actually I need to buy them more stuff not buy a new doll. My bank account can finally rest loljoke no because now I spend all my money on doll clothes and shoes.

Before and after custom making a bigger base to add one extra Detolf glass case to the lineup.

Holy hell that was a LOT of work.

And then the hoard just absorbed the extra space and it's like I didn't even get extra shelves! They're used up already. 🤔

Ok it does look better with the dolls all spaced out, and in a grouping of five cases instead of four. More pleasing to the eye.

I am trying to find some faux plants for along the top, to keep me from covering it with stuff again. I want it to look nice up there, not be a hodgepodge.

I finally did my great big bjd lineup for 2022 back in September. This year there are 56 dolls in the lineup, though I didn't include 3 dolls as they are identical duplicates (same head and body sculpt combos). Most are mine, though a small portion belong to my wife.

I realize now that I should have shoved the Soom boys in the 70cm+ section into the 1/3+ section instead, as they wouldn't be this tall without their fantasy parts.

Taking the pictures was a half day ordeal as I would only setup at most 6 dolls in one go, always making the last of one image the first of the next. Then it took me another couple of hours to select the best images and manually edit and merge them into one long lineup since I unfortunately do not own anything long enough to setup all the dolls into one giant line.

I hope this is hopeful to at least some people, to help them visualize just how big the differences are between the size ranges, and even within!

Sorry if this is weird, but I see in the background of your Wizard photo you have some dolls. As a certified doll afficiando™️ may I request some photos of your dolls?

Working on getting my dolls all displayed again. Need to pick up like 3 doll stands for SD and 3 or 4 MSD. It's nice to be able to see them up again. (I moved several months back and they were all still in boxes)

The last picture is also where the monster girl SDs are going, just not enough space until I get more stands.
