I screenshotted this post mainly because I wanted to share my response with everyone because I am proud of the way I articulated my thoughts (and half of it is me rambling about the potential of Chloe and Marinette's dynamic):
heavy dissociation is a fucking bitch. especially when your attention span is ripped to shreds by it and you feel most comfortable laying down because you also have a weird ass headache to boot.
someone send help.
sincerely,
i have no idea who tf i am bc i'm trying to pull memories from roughly five years ago. yippee.
i struggle to understand where my actual limits are. i'm undiagnosed neurodivergent, self diagnosed AUDHD with DID, anxiety, depression, and PTSD (plus OCD that my therapist has been pointing out. I know to some degree I feel like I'm masking every day, and I also know that I can improve my ability to do certain things, but I struggle so hard to tell where my baseline limits are. I also tend to mimic anyone and everyone around me, and it's weird when I feel like a mirror rather than a full-on person.
If anyone has any tips to help, they would be appreciated.
i don't know if everyone knows this, but on discord there was a scam where people had "accidentally reported" your discord account. i just got hit with it on here. be careful, y'all.

updated intro post:
hey. this is the birdbrained collective, although i think for the purposes of this blog, i'll be trying out bluebird collective. we'll tag posts with both.
cliff notes version:
- blue, birdie, or j if you have to call us something
- 23 bodily as of initial posting
- he/him pronouns, nonbinary gender (please default to gender neutral terms)
- going to repurpose this blog into a diary of sorts so we don't have to make a whole new blog (especially since it has so little posts to begin with)
tag meanings:
#bluebirdcollectivex - this blog's tag specifically
#birdbrainedcollective - the tag we use for our posts tumblr-wide
#(name) - usually the headmate posting it
(and we will add tags as we go)
vent post - feel free to add reassurance or similar anecdotes.
is it just me or does anyone else have a stupidly productive day one day, then crash the next? i know i'm not used to doing a lot of tasks in a day compared to just playing video games, but yesterday i did a lot in the morning and had a meltdown at night, and today i had comparatively less energy to push through executive dysfunction and do things- at least until this evening.
and i know in the past, i do a lot of tasks one day and then i'm exhausted the next.
it could be that i don't have the stamina bc i don't build it up often enough, but trying to get things done is ridiculously hard. send help.
we love wanting to nail down the miraculous ladybug and cat noir canon timeline to write fanfiction and then going down that rabbit hole briefly before getting overwhelmed and then watching youtube and talking to our partner all night and not doing any actual writing- send help ^^'
