Yes I know all to well. I neglected doing weights this summer. Along with odd jobs from mom and dad decline was sure to happen. Trying various things to see where I stand. Looking to improve distance running and maintain mussel with the rest of my body.
Traditional curls X 2 , hammer curls X 2, wide curls, close grip curls X 2, regular grip X 2, shoulder press X 2, steering wheels X 2, push-ups X 2, behind neck press X 2, alt dumbbell press X 2, dips and cobra push ups X 2.
Wide, close and regular grip curls using bar 20 lbs. The other moves 8 and 10 lb individual weights used. Push ups self explanatory 10 reps.
Will work and improve my arm workouts. Just ensuring to do something and not hurt myself and have a set back.
