puffball LOVES hearing gb talk about science and math n stuff, even tho she understands almost none of it. when gb DOES talk abt it, puffball tries her very best to understand and talk about it with her, and gb rly rly appreciates puffballs efforts to get invested in the stuff gb loves

gb likes to listen to puffball sing. she finds her singing (and honestly just voice in general) really beautiful. sometimes gb joins her

if gb cant fall asleep, puffball will cuddle with her (puffballs so fucking fuzzy...) and sing to her

puffball lets gb fly around sometimes, which gb really enjoys!!

whenever golf ball is conducting an experiment, puffball tries to help out as best she can, even though she doesnt understand a lot of what gb says

if golf ball is upset, puffball lets her scream into her fur/hair/??????, cuddles and sings to her, flies gb around, and tries talking abt science. she doesnt quite understand most of the complicated science, but it usually ends up with gb correcting her and talking a lot abt whatever topic puffball brought up (which usually helps get gbs mind off things)

if puffball is upset gb tries putting on upbeat music that puffball likes, tries to make the kind of jokes puffball finds funny (which gb isnt very good at replicating because she doesnt get the humor, but puffball still finds what gb says while trying to recreate it pretty funny anyway), and giving puffball smooches and telling her how cool and smart she thinks puffball is

gb loves how soft puffballs fur(????) is. this makes cuddling like 300x better

the fact that puffball is capable of keeping a promise is really reassuring to gb. on another note, it makes gb a lot more trusting of puffball than a lot of the other bfdia contestants, despite what puffball did in bfdia 5. puffball was the first one to promise to stay on the team, and even though she caused the teams loss, she never broke her promise and later apologized to gb after leaving the tlc/lol

puffball and gb both have wildly different senses of style and what aesthetics they like. despite this, gb finds puffballs love of brightly colored things, fluffy things, and rainbows to be really cute, and puffball finds gbs love for machinery, space, and general science-y things to be really cool and interesting

if they get each other things, they either appeal too hard to whatever things the other likes, or not enough. they both appreciate the gifts wholeheartedly nonetheless

puffball sometimes watches gb speedrun games and finds it super cool how good gb is at using glitches to her advantage and being able to figure out exact milliseconds she can do things to speed through games

when the two watch things together, they both watch very different things. gb usually puts on science videos, clickbait videos (she makes a theory on what happens in it and likes to see how accurate she was), the object equivalent of vsause, video game glitch videos, or theory videos. puffball instead puts on vines, 2009-2012 videos, prank videos, and minecraft lets plays. they enjoy watching these with each other, even though they might not understand the appeal of them

gb actually finds puffball to be pretty smart, especially compared to some of the other contestants, and even though puffball feels like gbs a lot smarter than her, gb reminds puffball thats shes smart whenever she can

gbs ability to solve large equations in her head super quickly is really really cool to puffball
