A more straightforward comparison of Pin’s trauma and how much it has and continues to hold her back.
The drill means a lot of things since its introduction in bfdia, but for Pin, it represents all of the struggle she went through in Bfdia and moving forward.
Her fury and rage to the things others have done to her, her conflict against everyone that saw her as something worthy of punishment, even when others have done comparable things. Her resort to violence when no one else would listen to her and it was the only way she could get ANYTHING across.
All of that weighs Pin down. She believes she can’t move past this version of herself that others (and unfortunately herself) see. It haunts her it haunts her it haunts her.
Pin thinks that this is all people will ever see her as, someone violent, someone cruel, someone unworthy of care and attention. She is nothing more than her drill.
