最近Macが突如フリーズして、しばらくするとマウスがものすごく重い感じで動くものの またすぐにフリーズ、という現象が起きて困っていました。 いろいろアプリとかを止めたりして試してみた所どうもBetterTouchToolが原因のようです。

[blog] ปัญหาของการใช้สามนิ้วย้ายหน้าต่าง กับ BTT บน MacOS
ผมจำไม่ได้แล้วว่าได้มีการตั้งค่าเพิ่มเพื่อทำให้ Trackpad ของ MacBook บน MacOS สามารถใช้สามนิ้วเคลื่อนย้ายหน้าต่างโดยไม่ต้องกด Trackpad แช่ค้างเอาไว้ (How to Enable the Three Finger Drag Gesture on Mac Trackpads in OS X สำหรับวิธีทำดูได้จากที่ให้มา) ได้ตั้งแต่ตอนไหนจนคิดว่ามันเป็นค่าตั้งต้นของระบบไปแล้ว มารู้อีกทีตอนติดตั้ง MacOS El Capitan แบบลงใหม่แล้วพบว่ามันใช้ไม่ได้ ไปหาดูใน System Preferences -> Trackpad ก็ไม่มีเลยลองไปค้นหาดูพบว่ามันอยู่ใน Accessibility นี่หว่า แต่ที่งงคืออยู่ ๆ เหมือน MacBook ตัวเองจะใช้สามนิ้วย้ายหน้าต่างไม่ได้ รู้สึกตัวอีกทีก็หลังลง MacOS Serria เสร็จเลยเข้าใจว่าคงจะเป็นที่ระบบ แต่พอไปหาวิธีเปิดการใช้งานก็พบว่า "เปิดแล้วนี่หว่า???" เลยสงสัยว่าทำไมมันถึงไม่ทำงาน
เลยมานั่งคิดว่ามีโปรแกรมอะไรที่มันทำงานเกี่ยวกับ TrackPad ในเครื่องบ้าง ผู้ต้องสงสัยที่คิดออกในตอนแรกเลยคือ BetterTouchTool (ต่อไปขอย่อว่า BTT) ก็เลยลองสั่ง Disable เพื่อปิดการทำงานไป ปรากฎว่าก็ยังไม่ได้เช่นเดิม เลยลองอีกทีโดยสั่งปิด BTT ไปเลย...ปรากฎว่าใช้สามนิ้วลากเพื่อย้ายหน้าต่างได้แล้ว!!! อ่า...ทีนี้ก็มานั่งหาต่อว่าแล้วตรงส่วนไหนละที่มันทำให้ทำงานไม่ได้ ก็พบว่ามันมี Gesture อยู่กลุ่มนึงที่มีปัญหากับระบบตรงนี้นั่นคือ
1. ตรงที่ใช้สามนิ้ววาง แล้วใช้อีกสองนิ้วในการแตะ และ
2. ตรงที่ใช้สี่นิ้ววาง แล้วใช้สามนิ้วในการแตะ
ก็ถ้าอยากใช้สามนิ้วในการย้ายหน้าต่าง ก็ต้องเลือกไม่เปิด Gesture สี่อันนี้นะครับ
