TW: So glad you're amused…was this going anywhere?

BG: I always forget how friendly you are…anyway the word is that you and the doc are…together?

TW: And who told you that?

BG: Belle herself.

TW: Who?

BG: Ah, that's just my little nickname for the doc, don't even remember how it started but it's stuck ever since.

TW: You've known each other a long time then?

BG: Oh yeah, we go way back. It's harder to make friends on this side of the law but you get to know quality over quantity. Belle's been a good one.

BG: Anyway, it's kind of surprising the doc is dating so soon after the fiasco with Jane. I mean she worked for you, so you probably know some things…

TW: Jane used to work for me. Not anymore.

BG: Yeah, I imagine that would make things pretty awkward in the work place now.

BG: I mean, she really broke poor Belle's heart. It was rough to see her like that…

TW: I'm. Aware.

BG: I'd just hate to see it happen again…

TW: Look, I know she's been through a lot, I know it probably better than anyone and don't look at me like that, but if you have a problem with me and her being together, say it strait to my fucking face.

BG: No, no problem, not yet anyway.

TW: Good.

BG: Just…don't feel too bad if you're the rebound, OK? It happens, hearts are fragile.
