When we introduce cold water, especially during our meals, now our body has to expend extra #energy and work even that much harder to counteract warming that #coldwater up to core temp, which must be prioritized over assimilation of nutrients‼️😓... Cold water also solidifies fats and oils making them harder to break down and again making it even that much more harder on the #digestion process‼️😴... Cold water also leads to increase mucus, increases chance of #soretheoat and throat infection and can trigger #migraines ‼️💆♂️... #Water in general regardless of temperature, is not a good idea 15-30 minutes before or after or with meal, as it dilutes digestive enzymes‼️👁... All of these factors lead to you receiving less #nutrients from the #food you spend hard earned money on for you and your family‼️💸... But what's even worse than cold water with meals is cold #juice with meals‼️👁... The fructose from juice wants wants to digest extremely fast‼️🏎...
