CLUB WALPURGIS was a goth club in Tokyo active between 1983 and 1987, held by Zin-François Angélique, frontman of MADAME EDWARDA, traditional and pioneering band in original goth scene in Japan. Openly inspired by London's THE BATCAVE, which Zin-François is reported to have paid a visit to around that time.
