The chicken breasts are cooked just right and then covered in a tasty honey mustard beer sauce, making a dish that is both sweet and savory. This recipe is great for a weeknight dinner because it is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup beer. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Add beer, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to a small bowl and mix them together. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Put in the chicken breasts and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Turn down the heat to medium-low, and then pour the honey mustard beer sauce over the chicken. Let the sauce thicken a bit and coat the chicken for two to three minutes. If you want, you can add chopped parsley as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
