Surf and turf tonight! My plate has a wagyu strip steak from @eatschuchmannmeat and a marinated tuna steak from @hyvee served with baby broccoli and buttery mashed potatoes. Fantastic! I seared both the beef and tuna on the @beefer_usa at 1500 degrees for only a minute or two per side. The tuna is seasoned with @traderjoes Everything Bagel.
