With this easy glazed salmon recipe, you can enjoy the perfect mix of sweet and savory flavors. While the salmon is cooking, the soy-honey glaze gives it a delicious caramelized top. This makes it a favorite at any barbecue.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. To make the glaze, mix the soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl with a whisk. Add salt and pepper to the salmon fillets and brush them with olive oil. Put the salmon fillets on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until a fork can easily flake the fish. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets in the last minute of cooking, letting it caramelize. Add sesame seeds and chopped green onions to the salmon after taking it off the grill. Serve right away and enjoy!
