Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for topping.
Instructions: Put the ground beef, garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Brush the burgers with olive oil and cook them on the grill or in a pan for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they're done the way you like them. You can make the chimichurri sauce while the burgers are cooking. Cut up the parsley and put it in a separate bowl. Add the red wine vinegar and olive oil. Add pepper and salt to taste. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are lightly browned. Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Then add a burger patty, tomato slices, onion slices, and a big spoonful of chimichurri sauce. Put the other half of the bun on top, and then serve your tasty Chimichurri Burgers.
