With this simple recipe, you can enjoy the classic goodness of chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 large eggs. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put flour and baking soda in a small bowl and mix them together. Put away. Stick the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and beat them together until they are smooth. Slowly add the eggs, making sure to mix well after each one. Mix the flour mixture in slowly. Add the nuts and chocolate chips and mix well. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets that have not been greased. After 9 to 11 minutes, the bread should be golden brown. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool completely.
