Went to a con at the mall in Plaza Rio Hondo on Saturday! (I didn’t get to participate in the costume contest because I had a bit of stage fright)

The sign at COSTCO clothing aisle reads: By executive order only groceries and pharmacy items can be sold.
In Puerto Rico, an executive order issued by Governor Wanda Vazquez continues to be in force, prohibiting the opening of non-essential stores as part of the measures to combat the coronavirus (COVID 2019). Only businesses related to food, gas stations, pharmacy, and medical items are allowed to be open. The governor's executive order prohibits Costco and other companies that sell a variety of products from selling any other non-food or staple items. This amendment to the executive order happened after small merchants complained to the government, claiming that it was unfair competition.
