I just found out Melbourne (a city in Australia) was originally going to be called “Batmania.”

All they got is Batman the suburb and Batman Park in the city tho..

Lately, DC has changed their distribution metod and it’s difficult to find estimates of number of sold copies. icv2.com and comicbookrevolution.com publish sales charts that are based on point-of-sale by the ComicHub system at stores selling American comics around the world. According to them, Batman havs been among the three-four best selling title the last couple of months. If comics sells about as much in 2022 as they did in August-September 2021, that would probably be somewhere between 110,000 and 150,000 units.
