I don't think there's anything that Phoenix can't say, but he does struggle a lot with expressing how he's feeling in a way that makes sense. So instead of struggling and frustrating himself, he'll just shut his mouth and brush it off.

radius. who/what do they reach for first in a crisis ?

phalanges. what is their relationship with touch ?

metatarsals. if they could disappear for a day, where would they run ?

Radius: No one. If he's in a crisis, he keeps to himself. Shuts down and refuses to talk to anyone until he's gotten it fixed. On the off chance he does reach out, though, it's probably to Graves. Smth smth they kiss and stuff so it makes sense.

Phalanges: He's iffy on it despite the fact that he craves it. If it's someone he doesn't know or doesn't trust, he'll hurt them if they touch him without asking. But with people that he trusts and cares about, he is kind of pathetic. Seeking out little touches like pats on the back or shoulders brushing together in a tight hall. He needs it to keep going, but he can never seem to ask for it (unless he's in an established relationship, but even then, it can be hard)
