Zoom hits her with incredible strength, he was about to kill Barry, Allison couldn't let that happen - she sacrificed herself for him. Zoom stabbed her near the heart - she stood there knowing that she was going to die. Finally, Barry defeated Zoom - running to Allison, he begged her to stay with her and telling her that she isn't going to die, panicking her name over and over. Allison told Barry that she loves him and he was the first person that she ever loved and the person she will always loved. Allison died in Barry's arms. Over the years, Barry felt the constant pain every day knowing that he will never see Allison once more on this earth.
