Basalt Reviews a Bagthulhu!
I received a Bagthulhu (with matching dice!) and dragon dice from @waywardmasquerade to review here on Basalt-DnD! (You’ll notice all the pictures are outside. I have bad lighting in my house, and also the Bagthulhu needs fresh air to keep from consuming souls)
I was surprised by how large the Bagthulhu was, I could easily fit the 6 sets of dragon dice and still have plenty of room- they only filled up about half the bag. I could even fit some of my smaller dice pouches in the Bagthulhu.
The Bagthulhu is very soft, and has little wings! It’s made of fleece, and the head is stuffed (so it’s more plush). You can flip up the head to get to the drawstring bag underneath. The bag closes securely- I didn’t have any dice-leakage (which had been a problem with my old black bag).
As for the dice, they’re bold, shiny, and well-inked. I did the saltwater test on a few of them to check how balanced they are (for those who don’t know, the dice-in-saltwater trick helps check for imbalances in the mass of the dice, like bubbles. Obviously these can be harder to see in solid dice, thus the test!). The ones I tested came up as balanced!
Oh, and also my cat really likes the Bagthulhu. Here’s him conspiring with it.
But perhaps most importantly...
Reblog with what I should name my Bagthulhu!
