I draw the little hooded guys mostly as placeholders for mindless doodles, they come out of a desire to avoid fuckin with faces or to add funky volumes or just have fun without feeling limited by some obligation to follow a set design. 

Some of them have names, some done. This guy’s name is baffle!

I really like Knock Out. Who wouldn’t? He’s handsome, self-confident, and he was one of the best comic relif-ish character in TFP. I also liked how he’s kind of in the grey zone, who can switch himself from Decepticon to Autobot without breaking his character.

So I put him in TFMR. But I didn’t just copy-pasted him directly from TFP. at least, that’s what I tried to do.

One difference TFMR KO has from other official interpretation of him is that he’s young. His mentality would be around mid 20-ish, which means that he would act slightly different from conventional image of “Knock Out”. He would often overestimate his ability and attempt to do dangerous stuff. He would also be more likely to be influenced by people around him. Thus more room for making him into a comic relief

 Moreover, he would have harder time dealing with his own emotional turmoils. Although he has potential to become like his confident and glamorous predecessor, but he would have to jump over some huddles to reach that point.

Not so sure about design details though. I can’t tell what I like about his design, but I can tell what I DON’T like about it: he’s a twink. “Knock Out” in general isn’t supposed to be a twink. plus he’s not even handsome???

but I heard CliffRaj wasn’t as common as I thought? Some even says it’s a crack ship???
