FlashBack to one year ago doing Horner Elite and still one of my favorite workouts... Try this ππΌ 10 Thrusters and 30 box toe tap box jump burpees for 30 minutes ... Just dont toss your cookies...ππ If you think a workout should be glamorous think again. Not one part of my body is dry, I stink, sweat comes out of every pore on my body. By the time I am done I can barely get myself dressed. I run around all day with a hat on for I don't have the extra energy to wash and dry my hair only to sweat again. I have bruises, my body aches but I love every minute of it. Had a two part workout today. 400 am got my 2 mile run in, Tabata, and 4 rounds of 50 weighted lunges...with a squat in between every lunge π³ diamond push-ups, and single leg body weight rows. Had to teach class this morning so when I got back finished off 20 minute AMRAP with thrusters and what you see in the video...lol okay @ashley.horner I think I did this right. I emailed Ashley yesterday so confused on this movement but I think I got itπ if not I will be corrected and do it next week! Finished off last circuit including my oh so favorite barbell roll outs, man makers, weighted pull ups and HSPU. Now I'm starving time to eat!!
