Friends were asking me how I’m able to stay fit with reasonably ripped physique 365 days a year by eating real food and no protein supplements? 🙏💪😎 . My answers: 😊 (1) If you’re not participate in physique or bodybuilding competition, the concept of short term bulking and cutting should not be part of your diet plan. You should maintain a balanced diet throughout the year. (2) Avoid crash diet because it will kills your metabolism. (3) Focus on losing body fat instead of weight. (4) Feel the muscle and not just moving the weights from point A to B. I focus on muscle contractions, not the weights. I also don’t follow strict sets and reps during workout. I listen to my body and adjust my workout accordingly. (5) Workout minimum 3 times per week and don’t stay in the gym more than 1 hour. My opinion, a 45 minutes intense workout with short rest time in between is sufficient. . .
