These Bacon Mac and Cheese Bombs are crispy on the outside, cheesy and gooey on the inside, and packed with delicious bacon flavor. Perfect for parties or as a savory snack!
Ingredients: 1 cup macaroni noodles. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil for frying.
Instructions: Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions, then drain. In a bowl, mix together cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, milk, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Take small portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a pan over medium heat. Fry the mac and cheese balls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from oil and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients: 8 oz elbow macaroni. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 2 tbsp butter. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. 2 cups milk. 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet. Add butter to the skillet with bacon fat and melt over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth and thickened. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Combine cooked macaroni and cheese sauce in a large pot, stirring until macaroni is evenly coated. Fold in cooked bacon. Serve hot and enjoy!
