Ingredients: 8 slices of bacon. 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 2 cups milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard. 1 egg, beaten.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it. Set aside. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and thickened. Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season the cheese sauce with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried mustard. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, and beaten egg.
