I invited my wizard buddy to a party and told him to bring crabcakes. When he showed up he just shouted “abracrababra” at me and a bunch of these things crawled out of his sleeves. They scuttled around the room and trailed icing sugar across my carpet. When one of them crawled behind the curtains and set them on fire I stomped it out and told him to take himself and his stupid spellbook somewhere they were welcome. My friends told me I was “ruining the vibe” and that he just wanted to “liven up the party with something tasty”. They kept talking about how good the red velvet tasted while passing me dirty looks the rest of the night.

I know I probably shouldn’t have told him to get lost and see if there was a hobbit that wanted their living room ruined instead. But there’s crumbs and scorch marks all over the place now and I’m stuck with the cleaning bill. AITA?
