Start in a back plank position by driving the pelvis upward using your glutes, hamstrings, and back muscles.
Then, flex at the hip of one leg and drive that knee into the chest. Make sure to keep the toes lifted on the top leg and hold for a 1 second count.
Return the leg to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
