'And, visually, he brought a giallo element - the leather gloves and red lights of early seventies Dario Argento films.' 'I'm not that big a fan of Argento and giallo,' admits Morales, 'but I liked the nightmarish feeling [Argento's] Suspiria had, and thought it would be good for this. It was a difficult script in the sense that the tone was weird. And I thought that a more dreamy, nightmarish feel would help glue all the different elements together. One of the most pertinent issue for women employees is returning from a career break!

For many who have taken time off from work to care for their families, the thought of returning to the workforce can be overpowering. The longer you have been away,theharder it gets!

A women returnee is bombarded with so many doubts and questions – Where do I start? How do I plan my resume? What will employers think about my employment gap? How much will I get paid? – It can be quite daunting to get back in the saddle.

But we find that by far the biggest bottleneck for returnees is lack of confidence – in their abilities and in their worth.

However, with the right attitude and some smart preparation, it is entirely possible to return to the workforce with a BANG.

Our Back-with-a-Bang Programme brings together the two sides of the issue – women looking to restart their careers and organisations searching for talented women employees.

We partner with organisations to conduct large scale sessions with women returnees wherein we address the unique needs of a person who has taken time off from work. From advice on handling interviews and resume overhauling to career workshops and tips on networking, the program helps build confidence in returnees by making a realistic self-assessment and teaching them how to market their skills effectively.

After the session, the organisation gets to recruit from a ready pool of talented women who are now ready to step back into the workplace.
