I'm about to let go of my 1661 day Duolingo streak and switch over to Babbel. I should have done it about 1000 days ago really but here we are.
If I'm honest, a whole lot of that streak was just doing the last minute word matching just to get the streak. But either way I'd hit the end of the German course ages ago, it couldn't teach me anything more. I had already decided to quit last year but then I was gifted the premium option so thought I'd carry on anyway.
Well, apparently Babbel can get me from B1 to B2 so let's see how that goes.
Almost lost my 517-day Babbel streak. 💀
