RWI B12 (1983) by Grinnell More, Real World Interface (RWI), Dublin, NH. The B12 is a 3-wheel synchronous drive mobile robot base. One motor drives the wheels while a second motor steers the wheels. This allows the robot to turn without rotating the main chassis.

ok stray is making me go INSANE thinking about the legacy of humanity. like... the biggest effects the humans had on robots (besides creating them) was making zurks. the dome over the slums. none of the robots have ever seen the outside because of the security drones.
but thats not what the robots remember. they wear clothes and play music. they go to barbershops despite having no hair and to bars despite not needing to eat. they tend to the plants even though they don’t need to breathe. the legacy of humanity will be the beautiful things and not what we destroyed.
