When Skullbriar dies or goes to the command zone with +1/+1 counters on it, Reyhanâs second ability with trigger and allow you to put that many +1/+1 counters on a target creature of your choice.

Exiling an instant or sorcery thatâs cast from the graveyard is specifically part of flashback. Any other effects that let you cast instants or sorceries in graveyards have to specifically say where the card goes when it resolves if itâs not to the graveyard.

The creature she blocked is still blocked and still attacking you or whatever planeswalker it was attacking beforehand. It wonât deal combat damage to anything unless it has trample.
