Old sfawtde art I made a few months back

There’s someone on tumblr called voidzphere, and he is about 18-19 years old. He goes by the name Killz, and he is an Undertale artist. I have found out that he’s been bullying me on discord, and I am under the age of 13. I am %99 sure he is aware that I’m a minor. I have done NOTHING to him, by the way. He’s been making fun of me for me wanting to end myself. He is a legal adult, and he claims that he has mental disabilities. I am unsure about this, but even if he does, this doesn’t give him the right to be a dick. I think he’s also been trying to report my posts, which I don’t find fair because he blocked me and I can’t interact with him but he can interact with me. All I’ve done to him is compliment him, and I have not said anything mean until now. I even respected his boundaries whenever he said he doesn’t like it when people ask to be his friend, and I apologized for asking to be his friend. I have also found out that his friends have been mocking me, as well.
