-I haven't ever written a drabble before, but I thought I might as well give it a shot. I'm sorry if this isn't very good. xD I hope you enjoy, and thank your for your request!--It had been late afternoon on Berk, and Astrid had been sitting upon one of the very high edges of the island, waiting for the sun to set. Eret had been riding Skullcrusher for awhile, and it ended up catching the blonde's attention. She had to admit that she did have a slight crush on Eret, but she tried to not to make it too obvious that she was watching him fly through the air on his dragon. Soon enough, Eret landed his dragon, right near the spot Astrid had been sitting. "So, I couldn't help but notice you were watching me fly," Eret started, chuckling slightly. Astrid blushed immensely, as she glanced over at Eret. "I wouldn't call it watching... Just.... observing..." She laughed nervously.Eret shrugged. "To each their own." He stated, laughing slightly, as he sat down beside the girl."Why are you just sitting out here?" He asked, as he glanced up at the sky, which had been a beautiful shade of pink."Just waiting for the sun to set. The sunsets on Berk are really great." She replied, smiling slightly as she continued to keep her glance towards the sky.She adjusted her hand, but she hadn't noticed that Eret's hand had been so close, so she ended up briefly placing her hand upon his."Sorry," she stated, blushing once again, as she glanced at Eret, and quickly moved her hand away."It's fine," he chuckled a bit, shrugging it off. "I better go," he stated, as he stood up. "I'll see you around." He stated, before getting back onto Skullcrusher, and taking off once again."Yeah, see you around," she stated, not noticing how dreamy her tone had actually sounded, until a few moments afterward. She continued to stare up at the sky as the sun continued to be close to setting. Hiccup had been walking past, and he couldn't help but notice Astrid, so he went over to her and sat down beside her.It was a normal occasion for her to be out around this time, since she had always liked to watch the sunset. And occasionally, if he himself wasn't busy, he would join her."Waiting for the sun to set?" He asked, as he glanced over at her.Astrid nodded, and smiled a bit. "Yeah, I still can't believe how beautiful the sunsets are here," she stated, as she leaned her head upon his shoulder. Hiccup put his arm around the blonde, as he planted a kiss upon the top of her head. "Yeah, they really are something," he replied, as he couldn't help but smile a bit, as the sun finally set, leaving the sky a blue-ish pink.Astrid turned her head slightly and kissed his cheek, before turning her head back to look up at the sky. She let out a small yawn, since she was completely exhausted, and although she hadn't meant to, after awhile she ended up falling asleep in his arm's, as she leaned her head on his shoulder.
