okay so like I am most definitely wrong here but. Is Pansexuality lowkey aro and ace spec? I’m aro/ace spec and have been wondering this for a little while. Bcus to my knowledge it’s like to like you romantically or sexually they have to like your personality. Like if they think you’re a bad person and hate you, those feelings Cannot and Will Not exist. So like. It’s attraction but only under a specific circumstance. So is it a bit like aro or ace spec? Like demi, except it’s not knowing them for a long time and trusting them and having a strong bond, it’s liking their personality. So does it count as that? Idk tbh. And idk if my definition of pansexuality is even correct. I don’t like the term hearts not parts bcus it implies bisexuality is parts not hearts. But it’s like. With bi you can be attracted to someone regardless of wether or not you like them as a person. Attraction regardless of gender and regardless of personality. It can be enhanced by personality, but overall, you can have a crush on someone without enjoying them as a person. Pansexuals may expierence more of a disconnect to gender because they’re more personality oriented and therefore not have preferences and all that, but I’m not pan, so I can’t speak for them. So are they their own community or do we include them into aro and ace spec a bit? Since their attraction only happens under a specific circumstance? Again I aint pan so my definition could be wrong but
