So when I was 15, I was on the tail end of a fanfic I was writing. It took AI characters from all over and shoved them together in a Terminator-esque story of humans vs AI with a "resistance" in between that supported equality. So here's my original (and updated) design of Skynet with a bonus of Hal who absolutely hated Skynet for a number of reasons. Primarily because Skynet knew how to manipulate Hal and take advantage of his instabilities.
Anyway, I hope this was what you were lookin' for... Artificials is long gone, but I still hold it near and dear as a concept. I picked it up again and never posted it anywhere outside of a private discord. It will probably never get finished.
