Bioartificial livers are an attractive option as a bridge to transplant or to promote liver regeneration in cases of acute liver failure.

Here, Li et al. tested an extracorporeal bioartificial liver system composed of human liver progenitor-like cells cultured on macroporous scaffolds in a bioreactor that provides alternating air-liquid exposure.

Three hours of treatment improved survival, reducing inflammation and promoting native liver regeneration in pigs with drug-induced acute liver failure. Results suggest extracorporeal cell-based bioartificial livers may be a promising treatment for acute liver failure.

As I was looking in to Light, I chose to focus on natural and artificial lighting around my site. After visiting the site during the day and observing the light intensity and its link to sound levels I decided to go back, during the night to measure the light intensity being produced by the artificial lights that are surrounded on site and observing its link to the sound levels.

U: is the most unapologetic for the way they live their life.

One of the main characters, Lucy Lachance. She chooses to go live her own life rather than continue living with the Lachance family and help take care of Josie and Cammie at the time merely because she didn’t like them or their mother. If there’s anything she feels any guilt for, its not being there for Gabrielle and Lucy’s adoptive mother when she died and even then, she gets over it pretty quick.

Another one is The Demoness but I’m not going into major detail bout that.

K: is the most skilled in the kitchen.

Gabrielle, considering she had to care for both Josie and Cammie back when they were kids so she had to learn how to prepare actual meals pretty quick. She isn’t that great of a chef either but her meals are “sustainable”.

R: feels the most detached from reality.

Josie. She questions a lot bout her life and if what happened to her that made her the way she is now actually happened and if she’s not just another “horrible experiment”.  

O: has the most OCs of their own.

Probably Josie again. Has a lot of free time so why not come up with bullshit stories and bullshit characters to entertain people with.

A: is the most attractive.

In-Universe: Cammie (her many admirers would argue with anyone who disagrees) and Aunt Mei.
