your art is radical as hell i think ur genuinely one of my fave artists right now!! do you have any fave pieces?
>[]< tysmmm! I have a lot of favorites
This one's the newest finished piece, it means a lot to me. Im waiting till my off days to make the post about it's meaning but it's about PTSD and ICT.
This one is a favorite because it has the most people I've ever put in one single painting. the aftermath of hurricane Helene, seeing people work together inspired this. The main figure doesn't represent Jesus himself, just what he stands for. This is one problem I have with the painting, it looks too much like this is Jesus after he came back and he's among the people but it's supposed to just show the kindness/goodness of humanity. I think people who do good things go too unnoticed, so it's dedicated to the people who help. they're holy ^-^
This one doesn't have any cool meanings, the girl is a pearl. I just worked really hard on the oyster and I think it looks cool
what overlay do you use on your art?
there is two types that i use
first is a simple noise texture from procreate. second is more complicated so here:
1.i import my drawing into ibis paint and open up the layer menu
2.i duplicate my layer
3. go to filters and hit this one on the duplicated layer
4.once that is done i press crystalise and dots hexagon in that order
5. go back to your layer menu and hit luminosity on your blending modes
and final step is to turn the opacity down however you like
and its done. i use this for a screentone like texture that is a little more interesting
Gates are the thing I love the most together with rose windows in Romanic architecture. I didn't manage to mention in the schemes above how stiloforo comes from Greek, στίλος, "stick", "column", and φέρω, "to bring".

This is a weird topic to treat, but my teacher insisted very much on it, it's important! Will later on write properly of Giotto perspective.
I do believe that to fully understand a piece of art, you need to know in primis the artist. I'm going to do more than one of these, but today I'm starting with the great and only Michelangelo!
