As society's understanding of the universe deepens, concepts that were once noise amongst the chaos become defined. With that definition comes order without the focus of god. When order is found without god, the necessity of religion to provide meaning for society wanes.

As the need for religion at a societal level wanes, it becomes an individual matter that provides meaning for those who do not find it elsewhere. For those who do not feel the need for religion, meaning can be found in anything that is understood; their child's laugh, their lover's embrace, themselves, art, science, nature, friendship, kindness, justice, and so on.

Morality is the metric by which we measure the value of the subjective, such as the value of that which provides meaning to life. It is derived not from religion nor science, but from the safety and protection of society. What is moral is that which benefits society while what is immoral is that which harms society.

Staying in the middle lane going down the road of life is easy as long as you don’t have to make a decision about 'religion,' 'faith,' or 'god.' As long as there’s road ahead of you and you’re still moving along, there’s no reason to change lanes…that is, until that neutral middle-of-the-road lane ends. Then the question is — “Will I be taking the left exit or the right exit?”

Is this you? Are you driving down the road of your life in that uncommitted center lane, never having made up your mind or even seriously thinking at one point that comfortable “I don’t have to choose” lane is still available?

Here is a Real-World Warning that you Cannot Afford To Ignore!

That seeming endless road of life WILL end, and it is up to you to decide when it ends which exit you will take. No one sends you to one exit or another, you will either Consciously or Un-Consciously make that choice.

Friend, please make that choice before it is too late, or You Will Be LEFT BEHIND.

Caution! The Center Lane is ENDING

First, the difference, as I understand it, is that paganism pertains to Western religions that  fall outside the realm of the Abrahamic traditions. Religion, pagan or otherwise, can have a magic component in it, but it doesn’t have to. Witchcraft is a craft that can be practiced in the context of religion or it can be practiced secularly, that is, without religion. There can be religious witches that practice witchcraft without their religion and practice secularly. There can be areligious* witches that practice witchcraft without religion. This is why I distinguish myself as an agnostic secular witch.
