A nutritious meal is very important! Here is an example of one. I eat this every single morning! 95% of the time anyway lol. I sautee some veggies (i use frozen PC blends, frozen spinach or kale, onion and garlic) in a pan with some olive oil, add in some seasonings (a homemade blend, tarragon, and tumeric). Once the veg is tender, I add 1 egg and 1/2 cup egg whites (I buy the 4 packs from costco, it's cheaper), then lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook til its ready! I use a whole wheat (can use white) pita and blue menu ketchup (less sodium)! 423 calories, 45 carbs, 16 fat, 31 protein. A delicious, macro friendly meal. Can easily be adjusted to your eating preferences! This is a big meal, but I love for my first meals to fill me up and carry me for a few hours. I also had a banana (not tracked) about 30 mins before this because bananas are delicious! and good for you! Now obviously, if you have any food allergies or intolerances, this may not be for you, but this is one example of a great breakfast!
