On Wednesdays, we hydrate! Actually, we should be hydrating everyday. Hydrate or diedrate as the saying goes (thanx to @coach_tonycastillo). How much water are you drinking? Is it enough? How do you know if it's enough? Your pee should be the colour of light lemonade. The exact amount is tricky, it depends on each person and your activity level. The minmum amount you should get is half your body weight in oz. So if you weigh 160lbs, you need 80oz of water. More if you do hard workouts, or work a physical job.
