It will take about 5 to 7 minutes of sauting until the vegetables get soft. Add the vegetable broth and tomato chunks. Bring to a low boil. Dry thyme and cannellini beans should be added. Add pepper and salt to taste. Simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes to let the flavors mix. Enjoy while hot!
