The black and white have been swapped for light-to-dark greys, to symbolise nuance instead of extremes, the colours flipped to the face the opposite direction, and filtered to not be a replica of the radnormal flag.
A list of some things an antinormal opposes includes: allonormativity, amatonormativity, bigotry and discrimination, censorship, cisnormativity, cringe culture, harassment, heteronormativity, mononormativity, perinormativity, racism/colourism/xenophobia/etc. (yes, this counts under "bigotry and discrimination, but I know topics of race and culture tend to go unmentioned, so I think it deserves to be highlighted, not as different, but to not be forgotten amidst "more queer-centric" forms of bigotry and discrimination), radnormal/radqueer, T/SWERFism, transmedicalism.
A list of some things an antinormal supports includes: being "cringe" and free, "contradictory" labels like lesboy/bigay/FTF/etc., fetish/kink/paraphilia (not necessarily as "queer", but as partner communities which have helped one another), intersex, LGBT+/LIOM/MOGAI/NCWOB/QAI/etc., neopronouns, otherkin/adjacent, recovering in your own way and at your own pace, transandrophobia theory, xenogenders.
These lists may include more, per antinormal. You may assume that unmentioned stances are considered neutral, are viewed with more nuance, or vary per antinormal.
