Rathma doesn't indulge very much with drink, on account of the whole 'iron grip on emotions so I don't accidentally jumpstart the zombie-apocalypse' thing.
For good reason!
Last time he drank too much, he did in fact accidentally start a small bit of zombie/ghost/skeleton mayhem. See, a lot of necromancy involves using oneself as a sort of lodestone in the gateway to the afterdeath, and keeping tight control of that gateway. They're the spiritual bouncers, but also the doorway. When tipsy and upset, Rathma is powerful enough to accidentally hold the door wide open for whoever feels like hanging out in the land of the living.
Most of his priesthood wouldn't have to worry so much about this, but he's been tied into the Balance so completely and for so long that he really can't afford to lose control like that.
Cars may not be a thing in Diablo, but if they were, Rathma is the Designated Driver.
(At least until Malthael came along and bungled absolutely everything.)

The Roman demigods either attempting to use GPS for the first time. OR crossing the US with outdated road map books. Just occurred to me as literally the funniest that was not in Heroes of Olympus.
Because they could have taken the plane, or a train, but like those kids took cars.
And demigods aren't supposed to use technology. So they'd be getting lost every five minutes.
Plus they're ADHD. PLUS all they're drivers are teenagers.

Theyâre pretty much a giant group of friends in their last year of highschool. Which means that they might all go to different universities
And somebody (probably Yoriko/Ken) read online about a charm that would make sure everyone stays friends forever no matter how far apart they are.
So Yoriko/Ken prints out the paper Sachiko charm and brings it to school the next day and has all if them do the ritual.Everyome holds on to a piece of the paper charm and say in their head âSachiko, we beg of youâ for each person presentSachiko, we beg of you. Sachiko, we beg of youâŚ(You get the point lol)Then after that everyone pulls on the charm until it rips. Everyone should have their own piece.

And of course that ends up sending all of them to the Hell Zone an abandoned elementary school, called Heavenly Host.
Everyone has been separated from each other.
Now this is where the story becomes more Hidekane centered.
Hide wakes up alone in the middle of a dark classroom. When he realizes that thereâs no one else around, he tries using his phone to call anyone but thereâs no signal. So he decides to wonder around a bit since waiting around wouldnât really do much. Of course, he starts worrying about the others and wondering if theyâre okay. Heâs especially worried about Ken.
Fortunately for Hide, him and Ken are actually in the same dimension out of the multiple dimensions of the school (he doesnât know about all the dimension stuff though.)
It takes a bit, but eventually Hide finds Ken hiding in one of the bathroom stalls caused heâs freaked out.Ken is practically hysterical as he starts babbling about seeing some weird things. When Hide manages to get Ken to calm down and explain what he means clearly, to anyone else, Ken would sound like he lost it but Hide believes him.Both of them pretty much sit in the stall until Ken is completely calm. Afterwards they decide to leave the restroom to try and find the others.Â
Let me just say itâs gonna take a LONG time before they actually do.
