This is a gentle “beginner ish” short yoga 🧘🏽♀️ practice for lamb days , like today .
My leg is very painful today 😢

There is no commitment or anyone to impress . Usually on lamb days I complete my practice in my bra and panties , bc if I take the time to figure out what to wear it is harder to begin for me
