My hot takes on good omens that nobody asked but it's my blog so I do what I want :

- I really don't care about crowley's hair color. I dont don't care if he's back to ginger or red. (I actually prefere s2 red). Apparently we get both!

- 90 minutes is actually an OKAY RUNTIME. My Neighbour Totoro is 90 minutes long. Trainspotting. Fargo. Grand Budapest Hotel. I trust that they knew what they were doing with the pacing

- I think the color grading is just ok in s2. It was too yellow all the time (which i imagine was the point), too contrasted at times, it's nothing transcending but it's fine. We'll see what they went for go3!

- I love Dagon. I miss Hastur and Ligur so bad. I don't care much about Eric but I hope he'll get something to chew and develop on go3!

- I fucking loved Gabriel and Belzebub relationship and it moved me a lot. Also I love Gabriel I think Johm Hamm was so good for the character. I also agree that it takes away the fact that Crowley and Aziraphale love is special and extraordinary and it's too bad

- I love both Anna Maxwell Martin and Shelley Conn as Beelzebub.

- I think there is a lot of failed things in season 2 as well as great moments. I think NG not being here anymore and a new (woman!!) director is actually the best thing that could happen

- I love the last 15mn. It doesnt hurts me anymore it makes me happy. I'm hoping for a great character arc for Aziraphale cause what the fuck happened to him and how he got manipulated and the decision he made. He's brave and bold and I trust him. I'm pretty sure he'll be the main driver of the plot

- I feel so so so so lucky that we have a conclusion despite everything. I have nothing bad to say about it. Nothing. And i can't wait

- I am fine if there is no flashback is go3. It's great if we have more views on their relationship through time and moments that might explain more their relationship (which resonate with the current situation and plot) but I dont think we need it. We had enough. We gotta focus on the present and future now

- I am also fine if there isn't a cottage. Even if it's basically confirmed and makes sense and all great ending, but I'd love to be surprised as well.

- No they wont turn human i'm 10000000% sure

- I love Shadwell and I hope he's happy with Ms. Tracy

- S1 is ugly but so so so so much fun my GAWD it's so special

- I have 0 opinions on theories and speculation cause I dont like to do that. I just enjoy the sneak peaks we get and then I wait

This post is for those who are very hurted and hate the finale. I know it's painful as fuck right now but I cant stress this enough :

Rewatch season 1. And don't skip parts, watch all of it. Cause it's funnier

Here's what I've realised (personal opinion of course) :

1) I can't connect that it's the same show because how widely different it feels. Like the vibes. I finally feel like I'm watching Good Omens. Like actually Good Omens. Fun, witty, clever, silly, camp, interesting, logical and well written.

3) I can't wrap my head around how s1 Aziraphale and Crowley are the ones we see in go3, and therefore I can't project that ending for them. Because they doesn't feel like the same character AT ALL

4) How go3 feels like a fever dream (and if you're like me, with sleep deprivation and only watched it once, you kinda start to forget everything)

6) How fun all the weird ass unnecessary long plots and scenes from season 1 are. I swear if you rewatch, enjoy all the music, the weird bits, the phonetic of some dialogues, the choice of words.

7) I feel really better, seriously. Still mad of what it could have been, what it should have been (a happy creative queer joy time with the fandom), but it's not. But we have s1 (and s2!) and YOU can decide what you reckon with (and what you don't)

Anyway, I hope you find the strength to do that, to find the love/comfort back in it, and for my fellow artist, find creativity back
