Sadly, Taekwondo is no match for the raw power that is Ameri-do-te.

I’m so glad that with all the McDojos out there, there are still true masters like this who utilize the most practical of all traditional martial arts techniques. 

Master Ken on Situational Awareness & Selfie Defense An amazing re-purposing of a selfie-stick, this being a clear example of thinking improvisationally about weapons.  Remember: Never take your eyes off the balls (but don't target-glance).

If you are a martial artist (and I know that many of us end up sharing posts from each other).... and even if you're NOT a martial artist, you NEED to see this series. It's really well written/acted, and incredibly funny. I guarantee that each of you knows at least one person who's like a character from this show (hopefully not from your own school/dojo/acadamy).
