Play - how much of it do you have in your life? This may just look like someone laying weirdly on their lounge to you but to me it’s a calling in of my inner child. It always gives me giggles and joy when I see how children lay and contort and do weird things while watching a movie. And simply getting into this position on my lounge brings that emotion up for me. It’s one small way I can bring play into my life. Play is an integral part of life. Many of us as we age forget to keep playing. And this, I believe, ages us more.
